A grounding yoga and mindful walking session to help women get outside, grounded, connected with Self & others and find ease in life through mindful movement. Yoga is guided by Tee Brooks (MA, RYT-200) of Mind Yo Bodhi Yoga, who intentionally sequences walks and classes to support balanced body-mind strength & flexibility to cultivate abundant love and joy for Self and others. Whether you're bringing or seeking your tribe/community, are introverted but want to meet other humans and socialize in a less demanding space or want to yoga and walk in the park without talking to anyone (because that's okay too), this body-mind restoring practice is for all women (cis and trans). We may chat about social issues, enjoy pure silliness or walk in comfortable, easy silence. Whatever flows is how it goes. Bring whatever you need to walk and practice yoga comfortably outdoors (e.g. water, snacks, a yoga and park mat-jic the ground is a bit damp, sunblock, etc.) **minimum 5 participants to schedule as private event** ***Follow @sociomindfulwellness on Instagram to stay up to date with public offerings of this awesome service***
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. No credits will be provided for missed sessions.
