About THE CEO
Tee Brooks is a Sociologist, yoga guide and empowering life changer. Her life's purpose is to educate, empower & heal inter-generational cycles of ill health and wellness & dismantle all elements of unequal access to right information and inclusion. She is extremely passionate about right speech and breaking physical & emotional boundaries of exclusion, so she works diligently to clarify their importance in a truly healthy society. Her intolerance for systematic inequality is why she became a Sociologist and yoga instructor and is 1000% the reason she founded SocioMindful Wellness LLC.
Sick & tired of seeing people holistically sick & tired, she felt it her duty to provide both awareness of and tools against the structural and symbolic elements of inequality that impact understanding, prioritization and overall experiences of health & wellness. This often manifests as unequal access, opportunities and treatment in health, wellness and fitness, to name a few. It's a lot. It's not new & it must stop now.
Tee knows the pervasive overwhelm, devaluation, dehumanization, & marginalization many people face and is determined to compassionately & mindfully guide and empower you, Beautiful Being, so these cycles of ill health may be broken. Since 2017, she has helped clients break through the personal and social obstacles holding them back. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. She is here to help you achieve a more grounded, joy-filled life, and provide you with all the tools necessary to get you safely there. Allow her to help you learn and develop better ways to handle the boundaries standing in the way of your optimal wellness.
Remember you are made of stars and shine brightly, Beautiful. If any part of you feels otherwise, schedule a consultation with Tee ASAP. She will help you see & feel differently because knowing better will help you heal better.
