    Ginger zingiber officinale Is a widely used medicinal spice containing gingerols, shogaols, zingiberene, & bisablene healing compounds with carminative (anti-gas), diaphoretic (sweat-induced detoxification), adjuvant (increases body response to antigens), stimulant, appetizer & sialagogue (saliva producer) properties; is a natural anti-inflammatory, digestion aid, & muscle relaxant, taken hot as a tea or in tincture form, induces sweat and natural detoxification; may dissolve kidney stones, prevent colon cancer, & reduce feelings of exhaustion, depression and anxiety, works well against headaches, muscle cramps, nausea, respiratory problems, menstrual cramps, diarrhea, blemishes, motion sickness, heartburn and many other inflammation and spasmodic related woes

    Hibiscus hibiscus sabdariffa is a fantastic diuretic and refrigerant (cooling) herb that contains four key components: organic acids, anthocyanins (water soluble pigments possessing antidiabetic, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and anti-obesity effects, as well as prevention of cardiovascular diseases), polysaccharides, and flavonoids (whose consumption is associated with reduced risk of a number of chronic diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease and neurodegenerative disorders). These plant compounds work together to balance metabolism and make weight-loss easier; hibiscus satiates thirst, is anti-bacterial, anti-depressant, supports respiratory & circulatory systems function, is a liver protector, a powerful weight loss agent that works to lower cholesterol, treat constipation; has an abundance of  fruit/amino acids, vitamin C, B2, B3, iron bioflavonoids, & antioxidants; regular use of hibiscus may treat urinary tract infection, stomach disorders, asthma, throat pain, nausea, vomiting, & hiccups
